The video doesn’t have sound… or does it work for anyone else?

Of course that wasn’t the problem, but with the new video player it works just fine.

(And sorry, I don’t remember if Firefox displayed it as Flash or HTML5 yesterday)
I forced FF to display it as Flash rather than HTML5 which appears to have been the issue for most people.
Very classy stuff by Ben.
That man walked the walked during the past four years. Probably one of the best guys to touch base with in my experience.
